نشريه « ضوابط و مشخصات پله و دسترسي‌ها در ساختمان‌ها» منتشر شد

نشريه « ضوابط و مشخصات پله و دسترسي‌ها در ساختمان‌ها» از مجموعه استانداردها و آيين‌نامه‌هاي ساختماني ايران از سوي انتشارات مرکز تحقيقات ساختمان و مسکن منتشر شد. ضوابط پيشنهادي مرکز در اين نشريه، در قالب 11 فصل ارائه شده است و در صورت لزوم و طي دوره‌هاي زماني، قابل اطلاح و بازنگري خواهد بود. در تعريف اهداف تدوين اين نشريه آمده است،‌دسترس‌هاي عمودي بايد به گونه‌اي باشند که علاوه بر تامين نيازهاي مرتبط با تغيير سطوح و طبقات در ساختمان، هنگام بروز سانحه نيز عملکرد مناسبي داشته باشند،‌لذا در تدوين اين مجموعه، مطابقت با آيين‌نامه محافظت ساختمان‌ها در برابر آتش و ضوابط و مقررات شهرسازي و معماري براي معلولين جسمي و حرکتي مدنظر قرار گرفته است. اين ضابطه توسط خانم مهندس نيک‌روان و اعضاي کميته تخصصي تدوين و ارائه شده است.

"Code of Practice of Vertical Access (stair and barriers) in buildings" publication was published by the Building and Housing Research Center publications. BHRC proposed criteria in this publication are presented in 11 chapters and they are deformable and reviewable during periods of time if it is needed. In purposes of this publication compilation is mentioned that vertical access must be in a way that be able to secure the needs regarding change of surfaces and floors in building and also be able to have a good function at the time of disaster. So in this book compilation according to the regulation of fire protection of building and criteria of Urban Development and Architecture for physical and motional paralyzing is considered. This criteria is presented by Mrs. Engineer Nikravan Mofrad and the specialized committee.
