Organizing IEC/TC64 Technical Committee Secretariat at BHRC
BHRC was appointed as the secretariat of INEC/TC64 Technical Committee in line with TEC/TC.
In the first session of INEC/TC64 Technical Committee in line with IEC/TC64 that was carried on January 2, 2008 in Iran Standard and Industrial Research Institute, all responsibilities related to study and suggestion on the draft of IEC International Standards, Compilation of International Standards, participating in IEC International Conference related to this international committee was transferred to BHRC.
According to this, Eng. Moasesian the 13th Building national Rules president, was appointed as the committee president, Eng. Paidar as the vice president and Mrs. Eng. Khazrai as the secretary of this committee.
IEC/TC64 Technical Committee with the title of "Electronic Installations and Protection against Electroshock" is one of the important IEC Technical Committees. The purpose of this committee is to determine Installation Necessities and the Electronic Equipment Harmony, determining Safety Necessities for Users Protection against Electroshock, determining Safety Necessities for Protection against other Dangers of Using Electricity and to determining General Guides for the countries which are IEC member.
Also compilation of International Standards related to the protection against electroshock caused by equipment, Installations and systems, designing, choosing and confirmation of all kinds of electronic installation are the responsibilities of this technical committee.
