ثبت تاريخچه مرکز

جلسه‌اي با حضور دکتر حيدري‌نژاد رئيس مرکز، خانم شيروانی کارشناس مسئول بخش مديريت برنامه‌ريزی و اطلاعات مديريت مرکز و دکتر خسرو پاکدامن بنيانگذار مرکز تحقيقات ساختمان و مسکن در تاريخ سی و يکم خرداد در مرکز برگزار شد. هدف از تشکيل اين جلسه استفاده از تجربيات و خاطرات دکتر پاکدامن در جهت تنظيم عملکرد سی ساله مرکز و ثبت تاريخچه مرکز بود. در اين جلسه که به پيشنهاد خانم شيروانی برگزار شد. مقرر شد که جلسات ديگری نيز با حضور دکتر پاکدامن و رؤسای قبلی مرکز تشکيل و از تجربيات ايشان استفاده شود.

BHRC History Recording

A meeting with presence of Dr. Heidarinejad, BHRC president, Mrs. Shirvany the manager of Manager of Planning & Managerial Information & Dr. Khossro Pakdaman the founder of BHRC was held at BHRC on June, 20, 2004. The aim of this meeting was to benefit experiences and memories of Dr. Pakdaman to prepare "30 years report of BHRC" and recording the history of BHRC. At this meeting which was proposed by Mis. Shirvany it was decided to hold some other meetings with presence of BHRC former presidents in order to benefit their experiences too.

ويرايش سوم استاندارد 2800

جلسه‌ای با حضور اعضای کميته بازنگری آئين‌نامه طراحی ساختمانها در برابر زلزله (استاندارد 2800) در تاريخ 31 خرداد مصادف با سالروز زلزله رودبار منجيل در مرکز برگزار شد. آقای ماجدی مدير دفتر تدوين ضوابط و مقررات مرکز پس از اشاره به ويرايش دوم آئين‌نامه که در سال هفتادو هشت به تصويب رسيد، گزارشی از فعاليتهای کميته بازنگری جهت تصويب ويرايش سوم را ارائه داد. در اين جلسه اعلام شد که آماده‌سازی پيش‌نويس آئين‌نامه طراحی ساختمانها در برابر زلزله، ويرايش سوم خاتمه يافته است و تا پايان سال جاری به تصويب خواهد رسيد. دکتر حيدری‌نژاد و دکتر تهرانی‌زاده نيز در اين جلسه سخنرانی نمودند و در پايان، جلسه پرسش و پاسخ با حضور ايشان و دکتر زاهدی برگزار شد.

3rd revision of standard 2800

A meeting composed of the Committee for Revising the Iranian Code of Practice for Seismic Resistant Design of Buildings (Standard 2800) was held at BHRC on June 20, 2004 simultaneous with Rudbar & Manjil Earthquake anniversary. Eng. Madjedi the manager of BHRC Technical Rules and Regulations Management spoke about second edition of the Standard 2800 which was approved 5 years ago and then presented a report on activities of Revision Committee for 3rd edition. At this meeting it was declared that the draft of 3rd revision was finalized and they will publish it up to end of this year. Dr. Heidarinejad and Dr. Tehranizadeh spoke to the audience and also participated in "discussion panel". Dr. Zahedi was present at the panel too.

بررسی يک طرح

در جلسه‌ای که با حضور دکتر حيدری‌نژاد، دکتر پرهيزکار و دکتر سياوش‌نيا در تاريخ دوم تير ماه در مرکز برگزار شد، نماينده شرکت اتريشی طرح خود را در زمينه تکنولوژی سيستم‌های ساختمانی پيش‌ساخته به حاضران معرفی کرد. دو تن از نمايندگان شرکت ايرانی  PSDCشرکتی که سرمايه‌گذاری برای احداث کارخانه سيستم ساختمانی پيشنهاد شده را بر عهده گرفته است نيز در اين جلسه حضور داشتند. در اين جلسه مقرر شد که مرکز پس از بررسی طرح مذکور، در صورت تاييد گواهی‌نامه فنی صادر نمايد.

Investigation of a plan

At a meeting with presence of Dr. Heidarinejad, Dr. Parhizkar and Dr. Siavoshnia which was held at BHRC on June 22, 2004, representative of Austrian company ziegelmeisterhaus introduced his plan on Technology of prefabricated building systems to the participants. two representatives of Iranian Company (PSDC), the investor company of this program were also present at this meeting. At this meeting it was decided that the BHRC will assess the above proposed systems and if it is approved, the "Technical Certificate" will be provided.

They decided, at this meeting, to issue Technical certificate of this plan for PSDC.
