كنفرانس مطبوعاتي

   به منظور ارائه آخرين گزارشها، اخبار و اطلاعات در مورد زمين‌لرزه بم كنفرانسي مطبوعاتي در تاريخ شنبه ششم دي در مركز برگزار شد و عده زيادي از خبرنگاران جرايد و رسانه‌ها در آن شركت نمودند.

   در اين كنفرانس آقاي دكتر حيدري‌نژاد اطلاعات مقدماتي دريافت شده در مورد زلزله بم و تاريخچه زلزله‌خيزي منطقه را در اختيار خبرنگاران قرار دادند.

Press Conference

To present the latest reports, news and information about Bam earthquake, a press conference was held on Saturday, Dec. 27, 2003 at BHRC and a large number of mass media reporters attended it.

At this press conference, Dr. Heidarinejad presented the preliminary report of the earthquake characteristics and of the status of the city after the event and also the seismicity history of the area to the reporters.

مأموريت به بم

   در روز شنبه ششم د‌ي يك روز پس از واقعه زلزله بم، گروهي ازكارشناسان مركز از بخشهاي: كنترل شبكة شتابنگاري ايران - معاونت تحقيقات - مهندسي ژئوتكنيك - مهندسي سازه - معماري و مسكن - بتن - حراست - روابط عمومي و بين‌الملل در اين شهر حضور يافتند. اهداف اصلي اين مأموريت به شرح ذيل بود:

- تخليه اطلاعات دستگاههاي شتابنگار و نصب يك دستگاه جديد

- بررسي نحوه ساخت و ساز

- بررسي ميزان مقاومت سازه‌ها

- تهيه عكس و گزارش

Mission to Bam

On Saturday, Dec. 27, 2003. The day after the Bam earthquake event, a reconnaissance team of BHRC experts from the following departments were dispatched to Bam:

- Iran Strong Motion Network Control

- Research Vice Presidency

- Geotechnical Engineering

- Structural Engineering

- Architecture & Housing

- Concrete 

- Security

- Public & International Affairs

The main objectives of this mission were as follow:

- Data retrieval from strong motion accelerographs and installing a new unit.

- Investigation on the methods and style of building construction

- Investigation on the strength of structures

- Taking photographs and preparation of reports 

گزارش يك همايش

   مركز تحقيقات ساختمان و مسكن كه در سالهاي اخير فعاليتهاي چشمگيري در زمينه محافظت ساختمانها در برابر آتش داشته است، همايش تخصصي «محافظت ساختمانها در برابر آتش» را در تاريخ هفتم دي در سالن اجتماعات وزارت مسكن و شهرسازي برگزاركرد.

   سخنراني افتتاحيه توسط آقاي دكتر حيدري‌نژاد ارائه گرديد. جمعاٌ سيزده مقاله در اين همايش ارائه گرديد و از مكان كارشناسان مركز آقايان مهندس بختياري و مهندس قاسم‌زاده به ترتيب مقالات ذيل را ارائه دادند:

- روشهاي آزمايش و طبقه‌بندي مصالح و اجزاي ساختماني از نظر خطر حريق

- ملاحظاتي در تعيين تعداد و شيوه استقرار راههاي خروج در ساختمانهاي مسكوني

يك نمايشگاه تخصصي نيز همزمان با همايش برگزار شد.

Report of a seminar

BHRC which has achieved remarkable accomplishmants in the field of fire protection of building, held the Specialized Seminar on Protection of Building Against Fire on Dec. 28, 2003, at the assembly hall of MHUD. The opening lecture was presented by Dr. Heidarinejad. Thirteen papers were totally presented at this seminar. Mr. Eng. Bakhtiari and Mr. Eng. Ghassemzadeh from BHRC presented their papers in the following order:

- Test methods and classification of materials and components of buildings from the  fire risk point of view

- Some notes about number and design of fire exit ways in residential buildings

An specialized exhibition was also held simultaneously with the seminar.

بازديد از مركز

   پانزده نفر از دانشجويان دانشكده معمار دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي زنجان در تاريخ نهم دي از بخشهاي پژوهشي مركز (مهندسي سازه، مهندسي ژئوتكنيك، بتن، مصالح و آكوستيك) بازديد نمودند و از توضيحات مسئولين هر بخش بهره‌مند شدند.

Visit to BHRC

Fifteen students from Zanjan Islamic Azad University, Faculty of Architecture visited BHRC research departments (Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Building Materials , Concrete and Acoustic) on Dec. 30, 2003 and benefited detailed descriptions presented by the authorities in each department.

دومين كنفرانس مطبوعاتي

   به منظور ارائه آخرين گزارشها، اخبار و اطلاعات از زمين‌لرزه بم، كنفرانس مطبوعاتي ديگري در تاريخ چهارشنبه دهم دي هشتاد و دو در مركز برگزار شد و عده زيادي از خبرنگاران جرايد و رسانه‌ها در اين كنفرانس شركت نمودند. در اين كنفرانس آقايان دكتر حيدري نژاد، دكتر سياوش‌نيا، ماجدي، ميرزايي و خانم دكتر پرهيزكار از مركز، آقايان دكتر بزرگ‌نيا و دكتر رهنما از دانشگاه‌هاي آمريكا و آقاي دكتر شجاع طاهري از دانشگاه فردوسي مشهد شركت داشتند.

   در اين كنفرانس موارد زير مورد تأييد و تذكر قرار گرفت:

- لزوم رعايت استاندارد دو هزار و هشتصد در ساخت و سازها

- رعايت ضوابط اجرايي آئين‌نامه‌هاي ساختماني

- استفاده از مصالح استاندارد در ساختمان‌سازي

- تخصيص بودجه به مقاوم‌سازي سازه‌ها

- اهميت ارتباط مداوم و همزمان با دستگاه‌هاي شتابنگار نصب شده در سراسر ايران

The Second Press Conference

To present the latest reports, news and information about Bam Earthquake, a second press conference was held at BHRC on Dec. 31, 2003. A large number of mass media reporters took port in this press conference. The participants were as follow:

- Dr. Heidarinejad,Dr nassrolahzadeh, Dr. Siavoshnia, Mr. Majedi, Mr. Mirzaei and Mrs. Dr. Parhizkar from BHRC

- Dr. Bozorgnia & Dr. Rahnama from the Universities of USA and Dr. Shoja Taheri from Ferdousi University, Mashhad

   Emphasis of the press conference was on the following subjects:

- The necessity to observe the requirements of the Standard 2800 in construction

- Following the executive criteria of building codes

- Using standardized materials in buildings

- Budget allocating for structure strengthening

- The importance of on line connection of all the installed strong motion accelerographs

  of Iran

ديدار با هيئت مكزيكي

   چهار تن از متخصصان زلزله از مكزيك همراه با سفير كشور مكزيك در تهران كه قصد داشتند به شهر زلزله‌زده بم سفر نمايند، در تاريخ دهم دي با رئيس مركز و چند تن از كارشناسان مركز ملاقات نمودند. هدف از اين ملاقات استفاده از اطلاعات بدست آمده و پردازش شده از زمين‌لرزه بم و تاريخچه زلزله‌خيزي كشور بود. آقايان دكتر حيدري‌نژاد،دكتر نصرالله زاده، دكتر نصراله‌زاده، دكتر طباطبايي، دكتر سياوش‌نيا و ميرزايي اطلاعات لازم را در اختياركارشناسان مكزيكي قرار دادند. خانم دكتر پرهيزكار و آقاي رامزي نيز در اين جلسه حضور داشتند.

Meeting with Mexican group

Four Mexican earthquake experts (accompanied with the Mexican ambassador) who were going to travel to the earthquake stricken Bam city met BHRC president and some experts on Dec.31, 2003, at BHRC. The aim of this meeting was acquaintance with the retrieved and processed data of Bam earthquake and the seismicity history of Iran. Dr. Heidarinejad, Dr. Nasrolahzadeh, Dr. Tabatabaie, Dr. Siavoshnia and Mr. Mirzaie presented the required information to the mexican experts. Mrs. Dr. Parhizkar and Mr. Ramezi were also present at this meeting.

سمينار بم

  سمينار «درسهايي از زلزله شهر بم» در تاريخ بيست و يكم دي در مركز تحقيقات ساختمان و مسكن برگزار و سخنراني افتتاحييه توسط آقاي دكتر حيدري‌نژاد ارائه شد. در اين سمينار، كارشناسان مركز مقالات خويش را به شرح ذيل ارائه دادند:

- بررسي داده‌هاي شتابنگاشتي زمين‌لرزه بم/ مهندس فرزانگان، مهندس ميرزايي

- عملكرد لرزه‌اي ساختمان‌هاي شهر بم از ديدگاه سازه‌اي/ دكتر نصرالله‌زاده، مهندس خرمي و مهندس ماجدي

   پانل تخصصي و پرسش و پاسخ نيز در انتهاي سمينار برگزار شد.

A Seminar on Bam

A Seminar on "Lessons from Bam Earthquake" was held at BHRC on Jan-11-2004 and the opening lecture was presented by Dr. Heidarinejad. At the seminar, BHRC experts presented their papers titled as:

- investigation on strong motion data of Bam Earthquake by Eng. Farzanegan and Eng. Mirzaei

- Seismic performance of buildings in Bam from the structural point of view by Dr. Nassrolahzadeh, Eng. Khorrami and Mr. Majedi

Discussion panel was held at the end of the Seminar
