بازديد از مركز

جلسه‌اي با حضور آقايان دكتر حيدري‌نژاد، دكتر نصراله‌زاده، دكتر سياوش‌نيا و دو تن از كارشناسان كشور صربستان آقايان اسلوبودان ريستيك از «اتحاديه ايالتي صربستان و مونته‌نگرو» و روزان پتراسكويك از «كنسرسيوم سيستم دي سي 90» در تاريخ پنجم بهمن هشتادو دو برگزار شد. اين كارشناسان در خصوص مقاوم‌سازي ساختمانهای بنايي و دمپرهاي توليد شده در كشور خود توضيحاتي داده و آمادگي خود را جهت اهدای پنجاه دمپر براي مقاوم‌سازي پنج ساختمان در بم يا تهران اعلام كردند. در اين جلسه از حاضران دعوت به عمل آمد تا جهت آشنايي با فعاليتهاي ايشان از بلگراد ديدن كنند. در خاتمه از بخش‌هاي سازه و كنترل شبكه شتابنگاري كشور بازديد به عمل آمد.

A Visit to BHRC

A meeting was held at BHRC on Jan. 25, 2004 with presence of Dr. Heidarinejad, Dr. Nasrolahzadeh, Dr. Siavoshnia and two experts from Serbia:

 Mr. Slobodan Ristic from “State Union of Serbia” and Mr. Zoran Petro Skovic from “System DC 90 Construction”. They presented some descriptions about strengthening of masonry buildings and produced dampers in their country. They emphasized on dedication of fifty dampers to strengthen five buildings in Bam or Tehran.

At this meeting the participants were invited to have a visit to Belgerade to be acquainted with their activities.

At the end they visited structural Engineering Department and Iran Strong Motion Network Department.

مصاحبه‌ها

نظر به اهميت اطلاع‌رساني در خصوص فعاليتهاي مركز اخيراً مصاحبه‌هاي ذيل با  مديريت آقاي دكتر حيدري‌نژاد تهيه شده است. 

 چند تن از اعضاء هيئت علمي و كارشناسان مركز نيز در اين مصاحبه‌ها حضور داشتند. ضمناً درتاريخ بيستم دي يك مصاحبه تلفني با خانم دكتر پرهيزكار توسط شبكه دو سيما تهيه شد.

Interviews

Regarding the importance of informing the experts & public about BHRC activities. Several interviews have been arranged under leadership of Dr. Heidarinejad as follow:

Some of BHRC managerial authorities and experts were also present in the mentioned interviews.

Meanwhile, a telephonic interview was arranged by Mrs. Dr. Parhizkar for T. V. Channel 2 on Jan. 10, 2004.

تهيه فيلمهاي تلويزيوني

نظر به اينكه آگاه نمودن مردم از امور ساختمان و مسكن حائز اهميت است، مقرر شده است مركز با همكاري گروه دانش شبكه يك سيما فيلمهاي كوتاه مدت (سه دقيقه‌اي) و بلند مدت (بيست دقيقه‌اي) تهيه نمايد. در تاريخ يازدهم بهمن، دومين جلسه مرتبط، با شركت آقاي دكتر عليزاده از برنامه دانش، نمايندگان «بخشهاي تحقيقاتي»، «روابط عمومي و بين‌الملل» و «دفتر تدوين ضوابط و مقررات» از مركز تشكيل شد و موضوع فيلمها مورد بررسي و مطالعه قرار گرفت.

TV. Films

Regarding the importance of informing people about building & housing subjects, BHRC is going to prepare some short films (3 minutes) and long films (20 minutes) cooperated with TV. Channel 1, Danesh Group. In this respect, the second related meeting was held on Jan. 31, 2004. The participants were Dr. Alizadeh from TV, and the representatives of “Research Departments”, “Public and International Affairs” and “Technical Rules and Regulations Management”.

At This meeting the subjects of films were set forth to study and assessment.

گزارش يك جلسه

روز يكشنبه دوازدهم بهمن جلسه‌اي با حضور يكي از استادان دانشگاه كوبه ژاپن، مركز تحقيقات ايمني و امنيت شهري «آقاي هوكوگوآكي‌هي‌گو» و همچنين آقاي دكتر علاقه‌بنديان استاد دانشگاه تهران در مركز تشكيل شد. پروفسور آكي‌هوگو كه از شهر زلزله زده بم بازديد كرده بود به منظور استفاده ازتجربيات مركز در زمينه زلزله بم اقدام به ملاقات و مذاكره با آقاي دكتر حيدري نژاد نمود. آقايان دكتر نصراله‌زاده و ميرزايي نيز در اين جلسه حضور داشتند.

Report of a meeting

A meeting was held on Feb. 1, 2004 with presence of Prof. Hokugo Akihiko from Kobe University, Research Center for Safety and Security and also Dr. Alaghebandian from Tehran University. Prof. Akihiko, after a visit to Bam in order to benefit BHRC experiences about Bam Earthquake requested to visit Dr. Heidarinejad to discuss about Bam earthquake. Dr. Nasrolahzadeh and Mr. Mirzaee were also present at this meeting.

چهلمين روز بم

          به مناسبت يادمان چهلمين روز وقوع زمين لرزه بم «همايش علمي يافته‌هاي زلزله بم» در تاريخ پانزدهم بهمن در پژوهشگاه نيرو برگزار شد. برگزار كنندگان اصلي «سازمان مديريت و برنامه‌ريزي كشور» و «پژوهشگاه بين‌المللي زلزله‌شناسي و مهندسي زلزله» بودند.

مركز نيز يكي از همكاران برگزار كننده و آقاي دكتر حيدري‌نژاد يكي از روساي  جلسات  بودند. خانم مهندس راهب از بخش معماري و مسكن مركزنيز مقاله‌اي تحت عنوان «جستجوي مفهوم تداوم در ساختار شهرستان بم» ارائه دادند.

Fortieth day of Bam

On the occasion of fortieth day of stricken Bam earthquake the “Scientific Seminar on Bam Earthquake Achievements” was held on Feb. 4, 2004.at Energy Research Institute. The main organizers were “Management & Planning Organization ” and “ International Institute of earthquake Engineering & Seismology ”. BHRC was also one of the co organizers and Dr. Heidarinejad was one of the chairmen.

Mrs. Eng. Raheb from BHRC , Architecture & Housing Dept. presented her paper entitled “Searching continuity concept on structure of Bam city.
