آزمايشگاه انرژي ساختمان

پيرو قرارداد تأسيس آزمايشگاه انرژي ساختمان، مستقر در مرکز، چهار نفر از متخصصان مؤسسه AF و SP سوئد در تاريخ 16 خرداد به ايران سفر کردند. جمعاٌ چهار جلسه در مرکز با حضور کارشناسان مؤسسه سوئدي و آقايان دکتر کاري، مهندس ويسه، مهندس بختياري، مهندس دلفاني و مهندس نادران برگزار شد و نيازمنديهاي مربوط به آزمايشگاه در زمينه فيزيک ساختمان و تأسيسات ساختمان مورد بحث و بررسي قرار گرفت. در جلسه نهايي با حضور دکتر کاري و مهندس دلفاني در سازمان بهينه سازي مصرف سوخت کشور مقرر شد که طرح کلي کار همراه با فهرست نيازمنديها به عنوان فاز اول پروژه تا يک ماه ديگر توسط طرف سوئدي ارائه شود. دکتر پرهيزکار و دکتر سياوش نيا نيز در اولين جلسه اي که با حضور کارشناسان سوئدي در مرکز برگزار شد حضور داشتند. پروژه آزمايشگاه انرژي ساختمان با همکاري سازمان بهينه سازي مصرف سوخت کشور وابسته به وزارت نفت اجرا مي شود.

National Building Energy

Following the agreement on National Building Energy Lab, four experts from the Swedish Institutes AF& SP travelled to Iran on June 5, 2004. Totally four meetings were held at BHRC with presence of Swedish experts, Dr. Kari, Eng. Veisseh, Eng. Bakhtiari, Eng. Delfani and Eng. Naderan. At these meetings they decided about lab requirements in the field of building physic and building installations. Dr. Kari and Eng. Delfani were present at the final meeting which was held at Iranian Fuel Conservation Organization. They decided  that the Swedish experts would present the final detailed schedule (First Phase) to Iranian group not later than a month. Dr. Parhizkar & Dr. Siavoshnia were also present at the first meeting with Swedish experts which was held in Iranian Fuel Conservation Organization. The Project of National Building Energy Lab is carrying out at BHRC with cooperation of Iranian Fuel Conservation Organization affiliated to Ministry of Oil.

جلسه اي درباره زلزله

جلسه اي درباره حوادث اخير زلزله، در تاريخ 18 خرداد در مرکز برگزار شد. در اين جلسه دکتر حيدري نژاد از کوشش هاي متخصصان مرکز در زمينه انعکاس فوري گزارش زلزله بلده - کجور (فارسي و انگليسي) در سايت اينترنتي مرکز تقدير و تأکيد کردند که بهترين راه مبارزه با خطرات زلزله مقاوم سازي ساختمان هاست. ايشان همچنين به پروژه هاي مرتبط با زلزله خصوصاٌ پروژه "تهيه نقشه پهنه بندي حريم گسل هاي شهر تهران و تدوين ضوابط ساخت و ساز در حريم گسلها" و نتايج مفيد و کاربردي اين پروژه ها در پروژه هاي مقاوم سازي اشاره کردند.

در خاتمه، دکتر حيدري نژاد از کليه همکاران دعوت کردند که به طرح اوليه يک پناهگاه در محوطه مرکز براي خانوادة مرکز تفکر و انديشه نمايند.

A meeting about Earthquake

A meeting about recent earthquake was held at BHRC on June 7, 2004. At this meeting Dr. Heidarinejad appreciated the efforts of BHRC experts for immediate presentation of Baladeh- Kojur Earthquake report (Farsi and English) in BHRC website. He emphasized that the best way against earthquake is construction of buildings resistant to earthquake. He also spoke about BHRC projects related to earthquake, specially the project of "Preparation of large scale fault zone map of Tehran Area and guidelines for civil construction" and their useful and valuable results for implementing the projects of earthquake resistant structures.

At the end, Dr. Heidarinejad invited all the BHRC personnel to think about the preliminary layout of a shelter at BHRC site for BHRC family.
