following guidelines: GENERAL
1.
The papers should be typed in MS Word system with
2.5 cm margins all round. 2.
Font Times New Roman should be used. 3.
Single line spacing should be adopted throughout. 4.
A high quality laser printer and plain white A4
papers should be used. 5.
Figures and Tables should be included in the text,
near to where they are first referred. 6.
Number each page consecutively on the reverse of
the sheet using a soft pencil. 7.
The maximum number of pages for each paper is
limited to 10. 8.
Photographs must be good quality black and white
prints. Keep the number to minimum. 9.
Send the paper in 2 copies together with a diskette
containing the paper (s). 10. Send

After 2.5 cm top margin, leave 5 lines for the
Conference sign, which will be added by the Conference Secretariat. The
title of the paper (s) should commence from line 7 in not more than 2
lines, with upper case bold letters, 14 point in size. From line 10 the
full name of the author (s), their affiliation (s) and addresses should
be typed 12 point in size. 2.
The Abstract should commence on line 17, with the
word ABSTRACT in immediately adjacent to the left margin, in upper case
letters. The text of the abstract should commence on line 18, with 12
point in size, not more than 150 words. 3.
Keywords should follow the abstract, leaving one
blank line below. Type the word Keywords: with an upper case
initial letter only, in bold 12 point in size and followed by a colon.
Allow one letter space and then list the keywords (not less than 5)
maximum in one line using lower case letters separated by commas. SECOND
AND SUBSEQUENT PAGES

The Introduction should commence on Page 2 with the
main heading INTRODUCTION upper case, bold 12 point in size and
adjacent to the left margin. Thereafter type the text of the
introduction, 12 point in size. 5.
Text: The text should commence from the left margin (no
indentation). 6.
Headings: All headings should be bold,
adjacent to the left margin. Leave one blank line above the main
heading. Main headings should be in upper case from the left margin,
bold 12 point in size. Sub-headings and sub-sub-headings should be left
justified and adopted upper case initial letter for the first word only
with bold 12 point in size. Avoid any further sub-division of headings. 7.
Figures: All illustrations, diagrams, sketches and
photographs etc (excluding Tables) should be referred to as Figures.
Figures should be positioned in the text leaving a single blank line
above and below them (do not place the text at the side of them). They
should be numbered consecutively. Captions should be centered under the
Figure, using initial upper case only for the first word, with 12 point
in size. 8.
Tables: Tables should be placed in the text preferably at
the top or bottom of the page. Table captions should be centered above
the Table using initial upper case only for the first word, with 12
point in size. Leave one blank line above and below the Table. 9.
Equations: Mathematical equations should
be typed leaving one line above and below them. They should be numbered
in parenthesis adjacent to the right margin according to the numbers in
text. 10.
Units: The SI system of units should be used where
possible. If other systems of units are used put them in the
parenthesis. A list of standard units and common conversions is
enclosed. 11.
References: A numbered system of
references is required. Each reference being numbered consecutively and
referred to by the numbers in bracket [ ]. They should be listed at the
end of the text under the main heading of REFERENCES, laid out in the
following styles:
(a)
For articles from periodicals: Author’s surnames
and initials (upper case), title of article, full
(b)
For books or reports: Author’s surnames and
initials (upper case), title of book, publisher,
(c)
National standards and similar publications should
be treated similarly to books, but should
