Haji-Abad Earthquake of July 10th

On July 10th at 17:06:37 (UTC) an earthquake with magnitude Ml6.2, Mw5.8 (BHRC) and mb5.9, Ms5.5 (NEIC) occurred near Jouyom in Fars Province. Its epicenter has been estimated at 28.16N, 54.13E (BHRC) and 28.36N, 54.17E (NEIC). The strong motion due to this event was recorded in Jahrom, Haji-Abad, Jouyom, Zahed-Shahr and kooreh accelerograph stations, among which the maximum acceleration of about 368 cm/s/s is recorded in Haji-Abad station.
